[ Description ]:
Made of acrylic monomer multi-stage emulsion polymerization FCR is widely used in PVC shoe manufacturing and also PVC extrusion low foaming products.
Bulk density 0.40-0.50g/cm3, insoluble in water, ethanol, FCR for PVC shoe foaming products can increase PVC gelatination, improve thermal melting coefficient, extensibility and the surface texture of the final products, make foamed cell uniform and won’t break an fuse together finally forming bigger cells. In that case, the final foam got good elasticity and good strength. This products is very popular in PVC injection molding foam shoes, soft and rigid pipes and profiles.
