MRP is mainly used for PVC shoe manufacturing. Shoes made of it are wear-resistant, non-slippery, resilient, and soft.  Achieve rubber feeling with economical way. It widely used in manufacturing PVC straps and soles.

MRP is considered the best modifier to PVC resin. It is a copolymer of butadiene and Acrylonitrile. Giving fantastic properties to common PVC system.

Advantage:

1. Improve the elasticity of the product and rubber feeling.

2. Increase the tensile strength, oil resistance, wear resistance, bending resistance, flexibility.

3. Enhance the weather resistance and aging resistance of the product.

4. Prevent plasticizer from precipitation, migration and volatilization.

5. Improve the good processability and stability of the product.

6. It can improve the skid resistance of footwear.

7. Increase the stability of the product against ultraviolet radiation.

8. Increase the electrical insulation.

 Note: As MRP has strong absorption to plasticizer, it has to be blended after PVC plasticizing process. Otherwise agglomerate caking results in poor dispersing.
