[ Application ]
The thermal decomposition of azodicarbonamide produces nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and ammonia gases, which are trapped in the polymer as bubbles to form a foamed article. It is widely used in manufacturing of vinyl foams, where it forms bubbles upon breaking down into gas at high temperature. It can also be used for Other synthetic rubber, leather and other industries. Modified foaming agent has its different decomposition temperature, gas volume, and foaming speed.
[ Safety and handling ]
No flame, sparks, smoking. Prevent fire caused by electrostatic discharge. Handling in a dry, cool and well ventilated place. Avoid moisture from caking.
